who says you shouldn't "depend" on medication to help you?

there is nothing wrong with medication if you need it... if you have a heart problem you take medication, if you have seizures you take medication... if you have a chemical imbalance you take medicine... your brain is just another organ.

some problems we have are caused by things that happen to us and those problems need things like therapy or counseling or hard work at changing how we think and live our lives... but sometimes those problems with how we thinka nd feel are caused by chemical imbalances that can only be helped by medicationa nd sometimes it is both chemical and caused by things that happen to us...

if you need medication there is nothing at all wrong with that.

I was about to do something awesome again, but I told myself, "Enough is enough! That's plenty of awesome for one day."
