The fact you know its a problem and have started this process is definitely a start.....this isn't really my area but I tend to not eat all day or just enough that I don't pass out.......and then I binge one day....but I don't purge....I just feel guilty and take it out on myself by not eating the next day......the best way I found that helps is I just eat salads, and few carbs .....it doens't taste good enough to binge.....and I also dont worry about weight or feeling guilty about what I ate.......even though my weight is where its supposed to be. I don't get it but I try my best to work with it. I wish you the best of luck !m keep in touch :) .......and have you tried any type of counseling?
